Each workshop explores a different emotion through therapeutic poetry:
Loneliness | Hope| Grief |Joy | Failure | Love | Presence | Surrender
What happens:
Begin with free writing to let go of the 'shoulds' you may have brought with you Â
Guidance through writing exercises combining psychological theories with creative explorations Â
Small group sharing (completely optional - you choose your comfort level) Â No pressure to be polished or perfect - just real
This isn't a lecture. It's an experience where you get to feel what you need without being fixed.

Who I Am

I lead these workshops because I've sat in rooms where I couldn't find my voice. I've gone from swallowing what I needed to say to sharing my wisdom on stages with audiences in the 100s.Â

To ensure my shame was not on show

I combine clinical training with poetry because your head needs understanding and your heart needs expression.
