You're not looking for another wellness workshop that tells you to think positive.

You want a space where you can let your belly hang out, ugly-cry if you need to, and finally stop pretending you're fine.

I've been there - poetry was my saving grace when I couldn't find words for what I was carrying.

As a trauma therapist (MSc Addiction Psychology & Counselling, MBACP, EFTi) and performance poet, I know that healing needs both understanding AND expression.

Each workshop explores a different emotion through therapeutic poetry: Loneliness | Hope | Grief | Joy | Failure | Love | Presence | Surrender.

What attendees say:

‘I wasn’t sure what to expect from the workshop and arrived feeling quite daunted. I absolutely loved it - such a nurturing, welcoming space Jacky created. Perfect for a beginner. It helped me to see I am creative and there are no rules - this is freeing.

I’m dyslexic, so not confident in writing creatively. This workshop I found very freeing and powerful. I felt able to write and more importably enjoy and feel I can write.

I think your approach is warm, endearing and honest and this is what really makes the group feel safe and satisfied.
