WHAT'S AVAILABLE
From Performance to Presence: a keynote on mental health and emotional resilience
Signature Keynote · 45–60 minutes
Keynote with poetry and reflection moments.
Your audience knows mental health matters. They've done the campaigns, the workshops, the awareness days. So why isn't anything shifting?
Because we've developed feeling reverence instead of feeling reference - we revere our feelings, but we don't actually use them as the signposts they're meant to be. Instead, we dial up the parts of us that prove, perform, and protect.
In this keynote, Jacky uses poetry, neuroscience, and her Frustration Triangle framework to show audiences how to move from performance to presence, from awareness to actual change.
Best for: Conference keynotes, festival main stages, leadership events, mental health conferences

Interactive Workshop · 90 minutes
From frustrated to free - using poetry to navigate what's actually going on
Includes facilitated writing exercises and pair sharing.
A more personal version of the keynote. Participants identify their own pattern on the Frustration Triangle (Up Your Gamer? Blamer? Self-Shamer?), use guided poetry prompts to access what's underneath, and leave with a felt sense of presence instead of performance.
People are often surprised by how much they share with strangers in 90 minutes. Poetry has a way of bypassing the parts that protect us.
Best for: Conference breakouts, team development days, retreats, leadership programmes
