A 30-minute conversation to explore whether the Intentional Intensive is right for you.
Choosing who to work with is a deeply personal decision
It's important to make sure that the person has the approach that works for you, and that the chemistry between you is right. Do you feel witnessed and validated in what is being reflected back to you, for example? Do they help you feel at ease?
That is why I always begin with a discovery call...

Is this right for you?
A discovery call is a 30-minute Zoom conversation. It's a chance for us to meet, for you to ask any questions, and for both of us to decide whether my one-to-one work — the Intentional Intensive — is the right next step.
Â
On the call...
We'll cover
→ Where you are right now and what's prompting you to consider this work
→ What an Intensive actually looks like and what you'd receive
→ Whether the Intensive is the right format for what you need
→ Any questions you have about my approach, the methodology, or how we'd work together
Who books these calls
The people who book discovery calls with me tend to be:
- Cycle-breakers who've done years of personal work and want something more focused
- People in transition (relationship loss, career, identity) who need a deeper conversation than weekly therapy provides
- High-functioning professionals who are exhausted from the performing and ready to drop it
- Those who've followed my work for a while and feel ready to reset the course that they are on

Before our call
When you book, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, the format of the Intensive, and the investment. This is so we can spend our call talking about you - not logistics.
If anything in that email is a no for you, you're absolutely welcome to cancel. No hard feelings! The free workbook will support you in the meantime, and we can meet later if the timing changes.
If everything looks right and you want to move forward, brilliant.
I'll see you on the call.
One last thing...
I take a small number of Intensive clients each season - because the work is deep and the document I write afterwards is substantial.
So in our call I'll be honest with you about whether I think we're a good fit.
Sometimes that means "yes, let's book."
Sometimes it means "I'd suggest you start with the free workbook and we revisit in three months."
Sometimes it means "you'd be better served by X kind of practitioner."
I'd rather we end the call with the right answer, whether that means working with me or not.
